Man if only it were that easy! haha just kidding. sometimes life is about waiting... i have found myself thinking about this a lot. i keep waiting to go back to school, to go on am mission, to get married, and i think i have missed some of the great beauties of everyday life. so its time to rejoice in the present!!
im not a big blog writer, but jessi told me kids will be sad if they cant go back and read about my college life so... this is for my posterity. haha.
man i honestly dont think i could be a happier person. i have been so blessed. i am a sophomore at BYUI, but im currently off-track earning money for school. i have the coolest job EVER. i work to the adventure center, which is a place that takes care of kids with disabilities. i have been assigned to Rimrock Elementary, where i am in the best second grade class on the face of this planet. i work with this little boy named Joshua. he is autistic and a genius and i learn from that kid every day. i have also made many other 7 year-old friends, and i quite enjoy being back in elementary school haha. Jameson is this cutest little boy in my class and he tells me every day that i am his best friend. the kids are the best part, but there are other fun parts about my job. like trading food at lunch and playing soccer at recess haha. like i said BEST JOB EVER. i am also working for melaleuca and trying to decide if i should stick it out or not... and i decided i should. i am determined to pay for school on my own and i have a year's worth to save up for. so i work at melaleuca in the evenings.
well, i cant even begin to explain how much i love living at home. man. my family is the best. ya know friends come and go but family is there forever so i have found that if i go out with my friends once a week it is a rare occasion. grace and kins are the only two friends i see and talk to besides all my little friends at school. and i am perfectly content with that. haha kins is the best she is so funny. im happy i got to live with her. OH! AND I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS!!!! but it will have to wait til the end of march. all i can say is... im out of my mind excited. IF it really happens. it. will. be. the. best.
